The Spauls Additions

A unique older home on the outskirts of Charlottesville.  Built By Designs came on board after the plans were drawn up and the project was going to bid.  We put two additions put on the home, a sitting room off the master bedroom in the front and a large eat-in kitchen off the rear.  Click on Testimonials.

The Michaels Addition

This house in the Millcreek Subdivision was perfect for the owners except that they were outgrowing the house and needed more room.  They decided to contract with Built By Designs who designed  and drew the new floor plans, managed all the subcontractors and added storage areas to the new house that were not available originally.

                        We sometimes find existing creative plumbing issues  - Plumbing done wrong 

    A few minutes to do the job right is all it took          The old air vent for the tub did not match up so they
                   for us to install a correct trap                             just capped it off -which led to a slow draining tub
                                                                                                                 Again, a couple of minutes and it's fixed right
